We will coordinate with you, your project manager, and architect, keeping our focus  on doing what it takes to get the job done on time and within your budget. Response Time:

• On all after hour or weekend emergency service calls, our on call team guarantees our clients a call back within 15 minutes
• Our technicians are on site within 2 to 4 hrs. Guaranteed on all emergency issues.
• Routine jobs take approx. 1 to 3 business days.
• Maintenance issues are generally handled within 3 to 5 business days.

Pricing, Proposals and Surveys
We will review your project and provide a comprehensive bid in a timely manner. If you do not have plans or you are not certain what the field conditions are, we can perform a site survey and compile a drawing of the site with dimensions, site features along with supporting photographs.  Our competitive rates are available upon request as we  ALWAYS work within our clients budgets!
 

Administration & Billing
Our experienced administrative staff will provide you with a progress billing structure that will work for you. We maintain a flexible, smooth, and consistent invoicing process, providing all the necessary forms, waivers, progress photographs, and documentation included with invoicing.  Invoices are processed and sent to you within 30 days of job completion to ensure efficient budget control, keeping your budgets within your spending guidelines. Batch billing is available on Roll-Out projects upon request.  Our accounting staff is trained on converting American funds to Canadian funds. 

Quarterly Reports
Our quarterly reports are generated specifically for each client and  disclose total dollar amounts for services rendered, and  an accurate view of your total sales on every individual store facility and location.  This will give you a better picture allowing you to monitor your expenses efficiently.  It will also  illustrate exactly what you’re spending on each service, and what each store is spending individually.   This results in improved management and budgeting expenditures of all your facilities Year after Year.

Remodeling: 
At SRS, we specialize in the performance of remodeling of locations on a multi-phase basis to ensure zero loss of business hours. Once we have established a firm scope of work we compile a CPM and follow it step by step to completion.

HVAC Maintenance and Service:

By allowing SRS, Inc, to perform HVAC maintain or repairs on your RTU’s, we will provide you what we call an HVAC EQUIPMENT LIST.  Listing size, age, model and serial’s,  and the overall condition of all equipment including condensers and compressors. This valuable information will help you with future budgets allowing you to easily determine  replacement costs.
